2017-18 Invitation to Cooperative Bid

Thank you for your interest in the annual chemical procurement bid process for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018. 

The contracts to be awarded under this bid process shall be for a period of ONE YEAR beginning on July 1, 2017 
and continuing through June 30, 2018. Bid information can be accessed and downloaded below.

Please examine all of the bid documentation carefully and submit bids as requested. There are a few changes from
last year's package.  Improper or incomplete bid or vendor information may result in a bid not being accepted.
Every effort has been made to avoid errors in the instructions and bid and  documents.
